UPDATED: DEC 10, 2013 Schuim snel weg en nogal slap. Smaak is ok, maar totaal Geen nasmaak. Gelukkig laat avril een bittere nasmaak achter :) Hm.. Gekke rating. Wel schuim, mooi donker amberkleurig. Zuur, lekker!

Gedronken met ma en pa, ruikt licht rozijnzoet, smaakt zurig met lichtelijk kaneel en rozijn, weinig bitter en schuim, zure afdronk, verder prima biertje die goed doordrinkbaar is.

Pours with not much carbonation. Color is clear dark brown. Aroma has red wine, dates, alcohol, olives, mozzarella, parsley. Palate is a bit heavy and has sharpish carbonation. Taste has raspberry, chocolate ice cream, apple cider, banana marshmallows, sour cream and dry sparkling wine. It’s refreshing, but quite sour. The tastes are pleasant, but this could be better with slightly higher alcohol content. There are better sour beers than this, but this could go for the fans of very sour sour beer.

There’s caramel and chocolate, light acidity, they work with each other, some fruity esters. Very light and easy to drink, everything subtle
