375ml Bottle. The pour was a murky medium chestnut brown with an average (1-2 finger) light brown creamy head that receded at a steady pace, down to a light scattered film and medium collar with excellent full sheeting of lacing.
The aroma was of a toasted sweet grain malt and a musty Belgian yeast with notes of candi sugar, dark fruit (plums and cherries), a hint of red wine and a light oak cask presence.
The taste was sweetly tart and rather yeasty with a large dose of dark fruit (plums I believe) and a hint of candi sugar that lasted throughout, with the finish having a mild wine presence, a touch of sour berries and a light woody taste towards the end. The flavor lasted an average time after the swallow, with a bold fruity tartness left lying on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was a shade or two below medium in body and lightly dry in texture with a strong fizzy carbonation.
Overall this was a nice fruity brew that that possessed a somewhat bold tartness along with a mild sweet candi flavor, which worked very well together to make sure that no one characteristic overpowered the other... www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews
Bottle @ No5, DØE tasting. Clear dark brown with a thin off white head. Aroma light to medium fruity, light spicy and sour. Flavor very tart (barrel), light fruit, vinegar is the main impression, ending dry. Light body, watery, medium carbonated. jsporrer (1144) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 7, 2018
Pours a dark caramel iced tea brown with a thin off white ring. Very lightly tart aroma. Taste is very thin and light with just a slight tartness. Feels watered down and weak. Flavors are not very prominent. Not bad but just not very good. KansaiBeerLvrs (5501) - Kyoto, JAPAN - NOV 10, 2017

0.375 l bottle from 'Prik & Tik' (Tongeren), best before September 2018. Clear, very dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity and a bit woody aroma of caramel, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, cherries and some oak. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, fruity and a bit woody taste of caramel, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, cherries and oak, followed by a medium long, moderately tart, woody-dry, slightly vinous and a bit musty finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite nice, well-balanced but not overly complex.

Bottle. Pours brown/reddish with a thin head. Aroma has cherries and woody notes, slightly sour. Flavor is more sweet than sour, cherries and caramel. Sweet fruity finish. not that sour as expected. still decent!
