UPDATED: SEP 16, 2017 Pours nicely with a creamy head. White IPA concept is interesting, makes for a nice beer but packs more punch than 5.6% would suggest. The name hints at a weizen but the wheat tones are very subtle, more IPA / larger than weizen.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior’s place. Thanks Lior. Clear gold with a white head. A little yeast, coriander, bottled orange juice aroma, juicy, orange juice, old taste. Light body, faint juiciness, long finish.

500ml bottle
Pale golden color with great head.
Light yeasty wheat aroma with citrus/lemon zest note.
Mild bitterness with light wheat palate and clean finish. Also got some slight sulfury/rubbery notes.
Not bad.

Really enjoyed this on a hot day, when I had to drive and didn’t want a fuller beer. Hoppy, white, clean & dry. Could have had many more of these, lovely stuff

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior’s place. Thanks Lior. Hazy yellow with white head. The aroma has notes of ripe fruits (peach), honey and some citrus. The flavor has notes of citrus, ripe fruits, honey and herbs. Light to medium-bodied. Not fresh.

On tap at Brewers Cooperative. Pours really pale with a good head. Belgian yeast, lemon, bread, something herbal, little chalky sugar stuff. Pretty tasty, and fairly unusual.

Bottle from Beer Cartel 220716. This is possibly the best label on a bottle of beer that I have ever seen and I have seen a lot as I used to collect beer labels. Part Belgian wit, part IPA this beer is as refreshing as it is tasty. Can’t wait to try more beer from these guys across the ditch.

I really enjoyed this, it has a great colour a lovely aroma and great lacing. Aroma is hoppy grassy and this gies you a bitterness up front and a light kick of a dry finish, the middle is full and soft. But I ended up confused about if this was a Pale Ale or Pilsner because at one time or the other it is either or both. I loved it!
