Truck Stop Honey has a medium, off-white head, a hazy, copper-brown appearance, with powdery sediment, throughout, and a bit of glass lacing. Aroma is faint, but some honey-topped, brown bread crust is detectable. Taste is of brown bread crust, honey, subdued bitterness, and maple syrup. Mouthfeel is medium and somewhat slick, and Truck Stop Honey finishes mostly crisp. RJT

I like the hint of honey in a brown ale. Just crazy enough to work. Good appearance with a thick amount of head on the pour. I like head ---Rat via Beer Buddy for iPhone

At the 2016 Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. This was odd. First of all, it wasn’t brown. It was more of a dark orange. secondly, it wasn’t overly sweet or malty, more light bodied and citrusy. I almost think I was given the wrong beer...
