Bottle. Pours dark transparent amber. Aroma of roasted malts and a slight sweetness. Taste of malts, a hint of coffee, with a good but of carbonation.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a pale reddish brown with a nice beige head. Aroma of malt, grain, and caramel. Taste is malt, grain, caramel, honey, and a bit of floral. Pretty good.

At the 2016 Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. This was odd. First of all, it wasn’t brown. It was more of a dark orange. secondly, it wasn’t overly sweet or malty, more light bodied and citrusy. I almost think I was given the wrong beer...

UPDATED: JAN 29, 2017 Pours a light amber with a white head. Aroma of malt and a little honey. Taste the same with a little hop finish. Not bad.
