Brown, very thin lacing. Thanks Brentfeesh (by way of Seymour). Excellent honey taste. Strong like taffee.
Can from Beer Republic, 12 oz sample. Hazy brown color, medium frothy head. Aroma of some toffee and grassy hop. Bit sweet in taste, some grassy bitterness. Nothing spectacular, but I expected much worse judging by the average score. Tasty. Idiosynkrasie (7980) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - OCT 12, 2017
355ml can. Slightly cloudy, dark copper-ish, brown colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white to beige head. Minimally nutty, caramel malty aroma with a minimally sweaty, buttery, doughy yeasty touch. Taste is minimally nutty, caramel malty, minimally sugary and doughy yeasty; simple, monotonous, with watery passages. So-so. TBone (18228) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 12, 2017

My only second beer from Alabama. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Evident honey in the malty, caramelly nose. Medium-bodied. Flavour has crystal malts, some vanilla sugar and honey. Low bitterness, lacks hops. Meh.
Truck Stop Honey has a medium, off-white head, a hazy, copper-brown appearance, with powdery sediment, throughout, and a bit of glass lacing. Aroma is faint, but some honey-topped, brown bread crust is detectable. Taste is of brown bread crust, honey, subdued bitterness, and maple syrup. Mouthfeel is medium and somewhat slick, and Truck Stop Honey finishes mostly crisp. RJT jgoldsmith20 (2) - - JUN 1, 2017 does not count
I like the hint of honey in a brown ale. Just crazy enough to work. Good appearance with a thick amount of head on the pour. I like head

12 ounce bottle. Pours a pale reddish brown with a nice beige head. Aroma of malt, grain, and caramel. Taste is malt, grain, caramel, honey, and a bit of floral. Pretty good. Suttree (6505) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 10, 2016
At the 2016 Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. This was odd. First of all, it wasn’t brown. It was more of a dark orange. secondly, it wasn’t overly sweet or malty, more light bodied and citrusy. I almost think I was given the wrong beer... arn8897 (448) - Trenton, Ohio, USA - SEP 16, 2016
UPDATED: JAN 29, 2017 Pours a light amber with a white head. Aroma of malt and a little honey. Taste the same with a little hop finish. Not bad. brucebruce81 (392) - GUAM - AUG 19, 2016
This was a good smoky beer that was smooth and had a nice malt with very light hops and drank very smooth

Bottle. Light amber pour with a thin white head. Flavor has a presence of roasted malts with a mildly sweet honey finish.
