Haze filled deep golden wth a thin rocky white head. Big musty sweet estery nose with caramelized wheat and hay, clove, gentle banana, and coriander. Big flavor full of wheat and coriander, a bit of banana and Belgian ester sweetness, and a warm grainy barnyard semisweet finish. rhialistic (156) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 30, 2012
On tap @ Hops and Pie. Pours a cloudy golden color with little head. Came off the tap rather cold, so I warmed the glass in my hands for a bit before appreciating the scent of yeast, clove and sour cherries. Taste had plenty of farmhouse yeast,, lemongrass, coriander/clove spice, and grain. Has a big full mouthfeel, spritzy on the tongue, touch of heat due to the ABV on the finish but nothing distracting. Very nice beer. mysticbrew (121) - - SEP 26, 2015
Draft @ Preston Hollow Grill. A lightly hazy yellow pour a tight white head with lacings through the glass. The aroma is citrus with light malt and wild yeast. The is a crisp light malt with a lemon/grapefruit citrus. There's slight sourness that adds to the light refreshing palate. Finishes with a subtle hop bitterness.

The awesome cloudy yellow appearance of this beer wasn’t really evident in the sample as it was in the full beer. Fairly fruity with some noticeable alcohol at the end, it was a pretty tasty beer overall.

On tap at Rackhouse. Pour is hazy golden orange with a small white head and decent lacing. Big banana, clove, somewhat doughy, spicy, biscuit, citrusy, orange peel, and coriander in the aroma. Taste is musty, straw, somewhat doughy, clove, banana, white pepper, citrus, grassy, and fruity with a medium spicy finish. Medium body with high carbonation. The Belgian yeast is very present . . . Definitely not a saison, more like a Belgian strong; tasty nonetheless. BeerandBlues2 (14018) - Escondido, California, USA - AUG 25, 2012
