1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: MAR 19, 2013 330 ml can. Aroma just like any eurolager. Taste is a bit better, hints of darker malt but generally the same as the aroma. Meh.
UPDATED: OCT 10, 2017 An easy drinking medium hopped lager , if you are not into Ale or IPA but can't stand the generic 'Big Beer' lagers you usually find in most pubs then this is definitely worth a try .. it's refreshing , easy going and goes well with a Pizza or Pasta dish . redders1974 (1578) - Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - AUG 9, 2017
Soft amber colour. Decent head that soon fades some caramel and a bit of bittering hop in the finish. kwik-lime (2012) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 17, 2016
Can at the Black Horse, Kingston. Dark amber pour with a decent head. Floral, piney hops, some sweet malt to balance. Not especially strong in the flavour but would be perfectly sessionable. Decent beer. AshtonMcCobb (6846) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 2, 2016
Can from one of those Edinburgh Fringe venues.
Appearance - amber with a decent but short lived head.
Nose - light toffee and sweet malt.
Taste - more of the same.
Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a wishy washy finish.
Overall - fairly bland amber. BeardedAvenger (1027) - Addlestone, Surrey, ENGLAND - JUN 16, 2016
Can at Soda & Rye, Woking. 16/06/16. Ironically get a grassy smell and not much else. Dark amber with a white head... that fades pretty quickly. Has an initial tang but feels oily on the tongue and is bland in taste. Boring lager but not as awful as it could be.

Can, 330 ml, from a local fish restaurant. Pours clear, dark-ish amber with lots of visible carb and a half finger of white head which doesn’t stick around long. Aroma of citrus, pineapple, grass, resin, little bit of tropical fruit - all quite subdued though. Taste is quite watery though there’s some honey malt, orange, and a slight hint of tropical fruit floating around in there alongside the generic lager/pilsner taste. Thin and watery on the palate, though the carb adds some sharpness. Comes across like a dry-hopped generic lager overall - not unpleasant but there’s better "craft" lagers around. Can from Booths, Media City. Golden with no head. Has a regular lager malt nose, with some of this in its taste, but there is a mild floral hoppiness that offers some character. BeerViking (4985) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 6, 2016
Can from Craft Beer Rising 2016, yellow-amber with a white foam and a toasty orange and lightly corny nose, caramel and toasted malt, light bodied with some peppery hoppiness and a moderate herbal bitterness. A little too sweet in the finish. Jorn69 (3314) - Ängelholm, SWEDEN - FEB 20, 2016
