A Mes rate: cask at the Harlequin.fonefan (52351) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUL 28, 2009
Golden brown with a thin white film. Peat and diacetyl are the order of the day it seems. Pretty sure we’re just getting the same beers but they’re being announced differently. Caramel and butter finish. Rank.

Cask @ Harlequin, Sheffield.
Pours hazy copper with a fine, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has loads of butter, light caramel-toffee. Low carbonation, rater thin. Flavour is sweet, buttery and grainy. Not good.

Cask @ Harlequin Sheffield. Aroma has diacetyl. Werthers Original. Even rancid butter in the flavor. Not good. hughie (3996) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 18, 2009
Cask at The Harlequin, Sheffield, during RBESG ’09. Copper amber with a white head. Buttery aroma and taste, the overall effect thin and watery with little bitterness. Rather poor, I’m afraid. (Gathering list claimed 3.9%, though brewery website states 3.8%)
