, Walsall. Black beer with large foamy head, Aroma of dark roasted malts and coffee. The taste is of smooth coffee and dark chocolate with roasted malts knocking around. This is a medium to thick bodied stout, very easy to drink. A very good stout I would highly recommend. Porter tastes with a stout texture.
Cask at the Bloxwich Showman Wetherspoons. Mid black pour with tan head, aroma of liquorice and cocoa, hints of dark berries, chocolate, burnt toffee. Not bad. Finn (8305) - Tromsø, NORWAY - FEB 24, 2014
Fra cask på Lincolnshire Poacher, Nottingham 27 Jan 14. Svart. Lavt, svakt farget tett skum som varer en stund. Gardinlacing. Veldig forsiktig kaffearoma. Smaken litt tynn. Hint av oppvaskvann & kaffe. Svakt tørr i ettersmaken. Blir hverken fugl eller fisk. DruncanVeasey (8426) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - FEB 5, 2014

Cask at the Fountain Inn, Walsall. Poured a dark mahogany with a thick tan head. The aroma is surprisingly weak with just a hint of maltiness. The flavour is medium bitter and of liqourice and malt. A decent stout, but lacks body and there are better examples out there.
