Cask at the Physician, Birmingham. Pours dull gold with a small head. Aroma is straw and burnt notes. Taste has straw to start and a burnt malt finish.

Cask-conditioned at the Fountain Inn, Walsall 10/3/2017. Golden in colour, with a tight, off-white, head. Stone fruits, straw, some sweetish malts and floral hops before a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Lovely pint! Sweet but bitter. Gorgeous toffee colour and taste. Low percentage in cask at 3.9% so I’ll have another :)

Cask at the Bloxwich Showman Wetherspoons. Glorious clear golden beer with a nice semi creamy white head, hoppy, citrus fruit, refreshing, goes down very well. One of my favourite gold beers.

Floral type of ale. Distinctive floral aroma . But not to much .Very easy drinking. Had this one in a bar in Liverpool. Will not buy it again.

Cask gravity at Kent BF 2013. Gold thick white head. Nettle hoppy. Really quite hoppy some bitterness on the finish. Quite arresting and I wasn’t keen to start with but it grew on me.

jjsint (3609) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUL 1, 2013
Lovely perfume and fruity hop aroma. Taste threatens to overwhelm but doesn’t, leading to a balanced finish. An honest golden beer, full-flavoured yet reserved.

RichTheVillan (8457) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAY 23, 2013
Cask at JDW Bishop Vesey; hazy amber pour with big foam white head, wispy floral hop aroma, slight hop taste with a malty background and a caramel edge.
