On tap at Sleeping Bear Winery/Bad Bear Taproom. Murky liquid mud with a creamy mocha head and flare lacing. Aroma of citrus, caramel, chocolate and grapefruit. Taste is sweet and nutty with citrus, mocha, cocoa, dark malts, caramel and light bitterness.
A: nice floral hop presence, caramel and bread. A: pours a murky and muddy dark brown with an average head. T: big time taste from a small time brewery. Very impressive. Full of caramel and grapefruit. P: very strong. Medium bodied with nice carbonation. Great bitterness throughout. On tap at the Shark Club in Howell, MI. Poured a brown color with a small sized off white head. Chocolate, some roast, floral, caramel, and pine. Trace of citrus. Sweeter than bitter.
