Can from Capone’s. Really clear and light gold, the color of "15 beer piss". Nose is apple, honey. Tastes tart, with some apple, tartness, and very little flavor. Watery palate. This one is an abortion of anything possibly considered worthy of selling as an alcoholic beverage. This libation actually makes me glad PA has the PLCB, as I wish they would confiscate all this, pour it in a swimming pool, and go drown in it, starting with PJ Stapleton, Joe Conti, and Jim Short. auerbrau (3203) - Ithaca, New York, USA - SEP 30, 2015
12oz can. Aroma is generic, a bit sulfury and yeasty. Opens with a hollow pale cider quality and then develops distinct bitterness. This seems a little raw, unfinished and not paricularly well crafted. It’s got a bit of yeast stress, a lack of balancing acidity or astringency, and some straight up strange green bitterness. Pour at the Coney Island beer festival at mcu park. Dry sour like cider. Very bitter. Pretty good Lubiere (13796) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 12, 2014
A hazed blonde ale cider with a thin white head. In aroma, tart apple with light creamy character. In mouth. In mouth, a tart crisp apple with mineral notes , watery. Bottle at Coney Island on tap. mrmartin (780) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 20, 2014

A big departure from other commercial ciders this one is light and refreshing without that cloying sweetness a true Dry Cider! hivemind (914) - New York, New York, USA - FEB 18, 2013
Got a bottle of this from a rep who was selling them outside of Fort Greene Park and drank it with Erica and Jen on move-in day 2/8/2013. Pours a hazy light yellow which was cool for a cider. Aroma and taste were both awesomely yeasty and musty with notes of apple and lemon zest. Unique cider (for me, at least). Need to try their other offerings and will almost definitely get another bottle of this at some point. MicroGrog (367) - FT: Stale Polotmavý in Queens, New York, USA - NOV 4, 2012

Bottle sampled @ New Amsterdam Market.
Plastic cup that that even bothered to switched out between samples.
Coarsely filtered/settled, pale American wheat sort of body. A tickle of carb.
Smells of lemon, yeast, & juicy/watery gala-sweet apples & florals.
Taste is vague & spritzy, though quenching. Non-descript, subtly sweet apple must, yeast, more lemon. Faintly minerally. Well carbed, but the flavor is just too watered down.
Not sure if this is the base blend, but the other ciders seem fuller.
Sampled with Linh at 61 Local in Brooklyn during NYC Cider Week 2012. Pours a lightly hazy golden yellow body with thin white lacing. Aroma is lemon, light zest, apple and funk. Mouthfeel is light and carbonated with notes of sweet citrus fruits, apple, lemon peel, spice and light funk. A nice cider.
