Bottle from the Maypole, Cambridge. Light gold, no head with a bit of carbonation. The intense sweet honey is tempered by the spicy season yeast. A lovely sip although a little too sweet, and it doesnt improve until a bitter hoppy note in the finish. Yeast and coriander in the aftertaste. Mixed bag but good overall. Got drunk on saisons a couple months ago and havent wanted one since... this was a gentle introduction back.

Cloudy pale Amber/gold with almost no head. Aroma of oranges and lemons m. Quite a creamy taste (unexpectedly!) with plenty of banana, honey and clove flavours. A little bit of barnyard in the mix as well. Pleasantly fruity finish. An excellent and complex beer, but more like a Witbier in character than a Saison.
