BOTTLE. Smells of apple juice (!), barn, and some grass and a very strong taste of very sweet apple juice with a slight hint of bitterness. Looks like the usual macro-blend-pilsner-whatever-anyway with a lot of bubbles. Feels like a soft drink. Ain’t good like a soft drink. Blah.

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2017 Here?s yet another Brazilian sweet lager. Drink it cold or don?t drink it. Maybe the latter.

Pilsen leve, pouco encorpada, baixo teor alcoolico. Cerveja nada especial. Um pouco aguada.

não ha duvida que e´melhor que as lagers populares, mas esperava mais de uma marca dita premium, aroma suave, sabor sutil de lupulo,de positivo sua refrescancia e seu pior defeito o preço salgado

Golden color, clear liquid and minimal head. Light malty aroma. Taste - Light and balanced. A good Brazilian lager!

This lager is mostly like an average European lager. It has the expected gentle carbonation with a malt profile there is somewhat anonymous and withdrawn. The hop bitterness is well-balanced and it is a lager which is very clean in taste. Baden Baden is not in Germany, but if there should be a German brewmaster in this brewery, then it will not surprise me. It has the typical German ’ordnung’ like a real pilsner should have. It is an average lager.

Uma cerveja pilsen que não é das melhores. Pra mim fica atrás de cervejas pilsens industriais como a boemia. Não vale tomar. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Otima pilsener.

600ml served in a weizen. A: Pours a pale yellow clear color forming a big bubbled aired white head. Medium retention and some lacings left S: Sweet grains, honey, Lager yeasts. Grassy hops T: Sweet upfront. Sweet grains. Metallic. Lager yeasts. Grassy hops. Mild hops bitterness M: Light body. Medium carbonation. Sweet malts aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Definitely not a Czech one since it lacks a lot of the grassy and lemony hops bitterness of a real Czech one but still a good German Pilsener ;). For a Brazilian beer, I would say that, at least, it tastes malts [ BA Review @ 8/8/2012 ]

Bottled 600ml. -at Giro Praia restaurant in Recife. Yellow coloured, medium sized airy white head, hint of malt in the nose. Malty, grassy and corny with odd sugary notes in the finish. So so, expected better from this brewery. If my notes are correct 5.0%ABV.
