4 oz. pour, on tap at Grizzlys in Plymouth, Minnesota. Consumed on 1-14-17. Cloudy orange/tan. Beige head. German-like, almost smoky aroma. Hint of cherry in the smell. Nice, orange-citric as wellas tart cherry flavor. Cookie. A bit of chocolate. Quite nice flavor. Smooth, medium to full body. Frothy in the palate. Good stuff.

Pours a cloudy, muddy copper-gold, with middling head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is very typical of a weizen--sour banana esters, etc. Flavor is also very weizen--strong sour banana taste, not much of the cherry. Not bad, but nothing too special either.

In tap at Grumpys. This beer has an odd, muddy copper color. Good wheat beer aroma, it has the aroma of a dunkelweizen, banana, clove, lightly roasted malt. Flavor starts sweet, wheat, more fruit with banana and cherry here, and a tart flavor at the end of the sip. I think this experiment worked well.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours a cloudy deep amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains with some light cherry and a bit of a bread note. Flavor combines sweet grains, bread and cherry with a hint of booze underlying.

750ml bottle pours a hazy, dark gold with some cloudy, white head. Nose has a ton of candlewax, some wheat, dark candy sugar, some cherry, a little cake icing. Flavor has cherry, candles, cherry pie, a lot of candlewax. Sweet finish.

Had a pour of this before a Twins game. Strong cherry cloying. Very different beer, not quite sure about it - but overall good.

Very Cloudy & Hazy Brown/Red with a filmy head. Aroma of cherries, wheat, caramel malts, apples and yeasts with the flavor consistent with the nose with some tartness. Fairly light body with some mild carbonation; Very easy to drink. Good but could use a little more flavor.

Pours a cloudy yellowish brown color. Sour grainy aroma. Taste is sour cherry with notes of banana and cloves. Also yeast and cereal grain. Tastes a bit like a sour ale/dunkel marriage. Just alright for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750 mL. Opaque red orange with a creamy head. Belgian yeast, sour cherries, light wheat, and lemon aromas. Taste is yeasty, sour and a little sweet. Body is lighter with the sour acidity that clings to the teeth. Thinking the wax was the same from Bad Weather limited series - had to work to get it open.
