Bottle enjoyed at home
Pours black with a big brown head. Smell of toast, citrus, zest, dark malts, hints of coffee. Moderate sweet, citrus at first, almost juicy, roast, coffee, dark malts; quite tasty and well balanced. Medium bitter, zesty tail

Holmen1 (6304) - Stavanger, NORWAY - APR 5, 2017

Middels fylde. Sjokolade og kaffebitter. Noe salt lakris.

Tap (SOPP2016, Helsinki)
Nice chocolatiness in the aroma, but a nettley bitterness too. Nice drinkable palate. Great malty body, rich roast, burntish, but not harsh. Good bitter hopping. Great drinkability - no signs of 7% - great!

kokkenrolv (348) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 24, 2016
Bottle. Aroma is malty, some alcohol, chocolate and citrus. Black, medium beige head. Light sweetness, medium bitter, taste is soapy and spicy, hints of chocolate, licorice and coffee, some citrus notes. Light body, medium+ carbonation, medium long bitter finish. Unbalanced in my opinion.

3.7
gunnar (9390) - Sandnes, NORWAY - SEP 30, 2016
Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Kvadrat. Pours black with a small creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted coffee, liquorice and resiny hops. Taste is good, creamy mouthfeel, resiny crisp fresh hops, long lasting, very nice one.
