33 cl, bottle conditioned, lot #115. My bottle is a bit old, BB date already a full month overdue. Hazy, (just like a hefeweissen shall be), golden amber, thin white cap, nice lacing, low carbonation. Not much aroma to the nose other than wheat malt, lemon and yeast. Medium mouthfeel, slick texture, soft carbonation, long finish. The flavour is OK for a hefe, it's fresh and citrusy, nice tasting yeast notes, but it should be way more carbonated to be really enjoyable. Holmen1 (6306) - Stavanger, NORWAY - MAY 6, 2017
Holmen2 (3940) - NORWAY - MAY 6, 2017
Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 06.05.17. Muddy peach colour. Small, white head. Fruity aroma and taste, with sweet malt and decaying banana peel. Not great. minutemat (5940) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JAN 12, 2017
330ml bottle from Bryggeri 13’s brewery shop, Tromso. Pours a hazy gold, no head. Aroma’s slightly sour, light yeast. Taste bears light hefe yeast with subtle banana but that’s where the similarities end, with some off-putting herbal notes. A poor homebrew effort. Needs a LOT of tweaking. fonefan (50729) - VestJylland, DENMARK - DEC 13, 2016

[ Courtesy of Rune ]. Unclear matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, wit bier yeast, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, sweet yeast - candy, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
Pours murky golden, almost no head. Aroma is sulphur, bad vegetables and decay. Taste is light sweet, murky malts, far from a hefe imo. gunnfryd (15175) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 26, 2016

Flaske 0.33L fra Eurospar Tomasjord. Farge klar lys gulbrun med tynt hvitt skum. Lukt hvetemalt, banan. Smak banan og noe sitrus. En lett og noe kjedelig øl. djoeye (5080) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 29, 2016
Perlweiße hohe Schaumkrone. Pale golden hazy body. Blended aroma of hops, sweet malts, apricot, resin, yeast. Tastes fruity sweet malts, grass, leaves, wet apricot, went resin and notes of yeast - leading to a fruity lemonish finish with caramel end. Normal on palate. Very fresh fruity citric for an hefeweizen. Likeable to me. [33cl.btl. 4.7% IBU13 Tap11052016 BB11052018! #0103] ClubGonzo (5685) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 17, 2016
Bottle from Humlen Ølutsalg, Bergen. Pours a hazy dirty-yellow body with a small white head. Nose is wheat, citric peel, cereals, red fruits and hints of banana and straw. Taste is wheat, cereals, red fruits and hints of minerals, citric peel and white sugar. Watery body, medium to high carbonation. I can’t really feel the American hops mentioned to be in this one, probably since the IBU on this feels like it’s within the hefeweizen genre standards. Also, the surprisingly watery mouthfeel is not well suited for a weissbier, leaving much to be desired all in all.
