Bottled (backlog). Hazy amber colour, close to flat carbonation, so no head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, nuts, some ild toasted and grassy notes. Flavour is ripe fruits, caramel, some sweet notes as well as some nuttyness. Balanced. Aftertaste is nutty and wooden. This would be very nice if it just had some carbonation. POLK (2219) - Hørning, DENMARK - JAN 8, 2012
Pouring out of the bottle, incredibly poor carbonate but the beer tastes ok so if it was not because it smells like nut juice and you have to put plastic on the floor before opening yes I’d like to give 2euro for this beer. sfhodense (4788) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - SEP 30, 2009
EBF08. Cloudy amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet caramel and chestnut. Flavour is sweet caramel, chestnut and watery aftertaste. NosirIwont (2549) - Frederikssund, DENMARK - JUL 5, 2009
Bottle. Pours a clear, chestnut brown with a beige head. Stingy, sweet malt and hop aroma. Malt is slightly cloying. Slight roasted notes, but also feels kind of ‘fresh’. Really a blend of things; nothing special though, but not bad either. Notes of apple and grass as it warms – a bit too much. Flavour is malty and a bit tart. Hops as well. Remote spicy notes. Fruity notes develops as it warms. Bitter, tart finish. Lingering apple/grassy notes. Dryish. Too much carbonation. A so-so beer. Not bad, but sort lacks something, and could be better balanced. 04-07-09. KimJohansen (10509) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - MAR 29, 2009
Unclear deep amber with a huge beige head. Aroma was sweet with roasted malt, caramel and chocolate notes. Flavour was sweet with roasted malt, chocolate and hops. Finished mild bitter.

Bottle. Tasted at Ulkløbben.
Lots of offwhite head. Light brown colour. Smell is cheap pilsner and dishwater.
Sweet, and is it really an ale? To me it is more like a sweet pilsner.
Not a good beer. It was in the sauce as well, and it did a lot of good there:)
Some of the others were very fond of this one, so I might be wrong? Pinball (12167) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 14, 2009

50cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a large fluffy white head. Nose is sweet of caramel & fruits. Sweet taste of roast, liquorice and toffee. Very salty. Medium bodied. Sweet and quite a lot of flavor for a brown ale. OK. stouby (4674) - Holbæk, DENMARK - OCT 22, 2008
