Multiple times tap at Harajuku taproom. Slight herbal nose with some stone fruit, caramel and light earthiness. Easy on the palate with a little more of the stone fruit notes. Well-balanced with a herbal, light crisp finish. Decent enough. Oakes (17831) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 4, 2016
I don’t know what batch it was, but it was listed as 5.9% and tasted at the beginning of June, 2016. Had it on cask in Harajuku. Looks flat, hazy, amber, no head. Earthy Esa sort of nose, light body, mild hops, light fruitiness, a delicate strong ale. GenDV138 (7285) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - DEC 22, 2014
140 ml glass on cask at Baird’s Harajuku Taproom. 5.9% ABV, I’ll assume it’s this batch recipe still unless I hear otherwise. Hazy golden orange with thin off-white head. Aromas of stone fruit, caramel, citrus. Tastes of citrus, stone fruit, floral notes. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 19, 2013
Cask at Harajuku Taproom. Clear amber/red - white bubbles. Herbal hoppy. Orange. Tea notes. Caramel. Red/amber malty. Fruity. Ok bitterness. Light tobacco. Nice light fresh hoppy. Westkyoto77 (635) - Kyoto, JAPAN - MAR 30, 2013
On hand pump at Harajuku taproom. Really soft and smooth, good hops and fruit up front. Didn’t have much of a finish, though. Nicely balanced, extremely skullable.

lots German malts and minimum hops. But with strange sake yeast. A touch of dycytle. Odd. Especially at a warm temp it just doesn’t work at all. Hoping for a lot delivers a little. jonno (2790) - JAPAN - SEP 29, 2011
Handpump. Very fruity, juicy beer. Lots of sweet summer fruits with a well balanced malt bill. Very much gives off a summery vibe and might do well with the ladies too. Good stuff. Stew41 (2040) - Phuket, THAILAND - JUN 20, 2011
On tap at the Harajuku taproom. Styled by the brewer as a German strong golden ale. Served through the handpump and wonderfully soft as a result. Tastes like a UK cask ale to my basic palate however there’s a nice minerally streak to given some character. Subtle beer but perfectly effective.
