Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, ash. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic (roasted malt) and moderate bitter with a long duration, burnt, roasted, ash notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

Draught at Baird Naka-Meguro Taproom. Very dark brown, small head. Soy sauce and chocolate strikes first. Salty with solid ful packed body. Lots of hop bitterness that sets in early and lasts long. CBC Session 2. Hazy dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry wity good fine carbonation. Tangy dark malts, little dark fruits. Light finish. Meh - bit tangy and dull.
Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Session 2. Pours deep brown with a creamy, tan head. The nose holds dark bread and milk chocolate. Medium sweet flavour with notes of toasted brown bread, light earth, roasted malts, burnt caramel. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet on the finish, with basic and mild roast character, some sugary chocolate. OK stuff overall, just a bit one-dimensional.
