COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This quenching brew is crafted in the American west-coast style. It sports a beautiful soft citrus hop aroma which gives way to a round, honeyed-fruit flavor. The finish is crisp and refreshing.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Hazy amber golden with a very tall and stable off-white head leaving laces. Fresh peachy hop aroma. Medium-bodied, caramel, fruit and licorice with a somewhat unrefined hoppy finish. 060709

Bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig hopfig, fruchtig herb, Gewürze. Geschmack hopfig bitter, exotische Früchte, fruchtig malzig, würzig.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2011 Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy honey-brown with a huge white head. Nose is light, sweet malts and metal - not much hops. Some earthiness in the flavor, more metal, and bitterness only in the tail. Crisp finish. Unsatisfying. Not horrific, but the flavor just has no depth and doesn’t go anywhere. By the end of the glass, the flavor has come together a bit - but only a little bit, and this beer is still nothing special. Perhaps the bottle was a little passed its prime?

Hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, caramel and rather hoppy - grape and pine. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and bitter finish. 020711

Hazy amber color; medium sized head. Light aroman a bit breadish. Moderate malt and caramel flavor, quite dry mouthfeel, ordinary bitterness. Simple and quite boring.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 3, 02/05/2015. Hazed orange Amber with moderately appointed off white spotting. Nose is caramel malt, juicy citric wash, orange pith, grapefruit. Taste comprises citric pith, light bread dough, tangy tropicana, melon, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, hoppy wash in a semi drying close. Decent APA.

360mL bottle, pours clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of crystal malts and light citrusy hops, with some floral and grainy notes. Flavour is quite floral, with citrusy hops, crystal malts and a bready quality. Decent, if unspectacular, pale ale.

saxo (19569) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 25, 2011
Bottle from Vinens verden. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich on hops, but also some nice maltiness, caramel and citrus.

Bottle from GBBF drunk at home. Hazy gold lasting white head. Lovely aroma. Resiny hoppy aroma. Hugely drinkable in the mouth. Lovely balanced drinkable hoppy interesting pale ale. I love really good drinkable APAs. After a long day at work, and as the first beer of the day it was great.
