Pours cloudy golden to straw, with a large soapy head and excellent lacing. Aroma is floral, bread and grass. It gets the flavours of a Belgian ale, but turned into a session ale, keeping it very light and crisp, and quite hoppy. Get the classic malts, some yeasty funk and a balance of citrus from the hops. Piwo 5 miesiecy po terminie. W aromacie karmel i miod. Barwa pomaranczowa, metne, piana bardzo obfita, dziurawi sie ale pozostaje. W smaku lekkie, wytrawne, jest tez lekki karmel. Goryczka niska, chmielowa, zalegajaca, dosyc przyjemna. Wysycenie niskie, bo piwo szybko sie odgazowuje po nalaniu. Tap at Craft, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head and a little broken lace. The aroma is malt, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle reduced to clear from Dan Murphy. Popped the top and experienced a rather large gush over, so obviously an old beer, but nice to see that Baird bottle carbonate. Pours dull copper with thick pillowy head. Aroma is peppery and slightly grassy. Bottle was over-carbed (hardly surprising given the gush over) but could still taste the beer. Faintly herbal with a decent malt backbone. I'm sure if I got a fresh one it'd be a completely different beer. Still a shitload better than XXXX.

Bottle from Ottakringer shop. BBD 7.9.2015. Which was something like a month overdue when we bought it. Aroma exceptionally heavy lightstruck. Hazy orange colour. Weird mint tea notes in taste. Also lightstruck. My suggestion for Baird Brewery - take care where you distribute.
