Pours a deep brown with medium tan highlites and a nice fluffy, tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, coffee, milk chocolate, and the faintest bit of strawberry. Medium body. Flavor is roasted, malty, cocoa, and a very faint strawberry flavor. A good stout, but where are the strawberries? Dissapointed in this, otherwise good, stout. My Bottom Line:TimE (5891) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JUL 16, 2007
A shy strawberry fruitiness hides within the milk sugar of this otherwise roasty and smooth Milk Stout. Not Baird’s best fruit experiment, but a success nonetheless in my book.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-Lasting head atop the brownish black.
-Balance is achieved between the roasted maltiness, the earthy, leafy hops, and the barely tart fruitiness.
-Maltiness and carbonation assure a comfortable session.
-For some reason, I liked this one better than most of the group at the anniversary party.

Dark brown color, light brown head. the is understated with faints hints of cocoa and strawberries. Slight sour, dark chocolate mouth with some notes of strawberries. smooth mouth, but lacking complexity. Dry cocoa finish.
