360 ml bottle bought at YATA in Grand Century Place in Mong Kok.
Translucent dark golden amber colour with lots of chocolate-colour yeast sediments; Two finger head with beautiful, long lasting crumpety off white foam; Excellent sticky lacing with active carbonation; Fragrant sweet aroma of full ale malt, with grapefruit, orange peel, light honey, nectar, light floral, pine cone, earth, spices and light grass; Sweet taste of ale malt, with light grapefruit, dry biscuits, dough, light yeast, molasses, cocoa, light alcohol, earth, spices, light resin, liquorices, lime and herbal hops; Medium body, slightly thick and oozy palate; Mouth feel is definitely 3Cs - Cascade, Chinook and Columbus, with moderate grapefruit, piney, earthy, resiny and spicy palate, with some surprise in cocoa, too. Pretty tasty, through not as extreme as most Californian craft IPAs; Despite the ooze, the body is also somewhat thinner. Strange but still alright… Very biscuity ale malt. Mouth feel is fulfilling, with strong liquorices to counter the sweetness. Good... Hoppiness is fragrant grapefruit, orange floral and pine cone in nose, light fruit and good earth, spice, resin and cocoa in taste. Bitterness is quite strong, balance the sweetness well with pretty long and moderately astringent finish; Pretty dry after taste, hoppy yet tasty to mouth.
Comments: There is no doubt that this one has all the right looks, aroma, 3C hoppiness and taste to be excellent, yet its body is thinner than most craft IPAs to be truly great. Maybe the adjuncts was tad too much? I dunno. If the brewer make it thicker it’ll be right up there. Enjoyable for sure, but for now it’s just better then mid-pack.

Citrus aroma and mild flavour, strong hops taste too. A good IPA, with a little twist, well worth a try. Hop_Hedonist (587) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - NOV 16, 2013
Good one - lovely honeyed caramel citrus aroma mirrored on palate - a different spin on the usual - leans more to Anerica than England which is great for me being an APA fan. Interesting enough to make me want to sip more. Surprise package.

only in some aspects reminds me of IPA. one of them was felt by nose, when opened bottle. malty with caramel, in same time nicely hopped and aromatic citrus. Hmm.. I would say, that I like and definitely wont refuse myself to buy another one, but its quite thin. Well its not so bad for me as I am not hardcore IPA fan =] Somewhat close to Black IPA teddybeer (3735) - Madrid, SPAIN - OCT 5, 2013
Bottle. Dark amber colour with an off.white head with medium lasting. Aroma is hoppy, herbal with pumpkin notes. Flavor has a decent bitterness with long duration, notes of resins and punokin. The final is bittery with a creamy sensation on palate. biirusaikou (2705) - - SEP 27, 2013
Malty nose, cocoa beans, touch of cherry. Rich malt flavor, fruity hops, plum, chocolate, bitter finish. Complex and enjoyable IPA, a funky hop bomb! Alusmamuts (1903) - LATVIA - SEP 5, 2013
Amberly browny color, clear, good bit yellow cap. Very weak aroma, good taste an bitterness, but some watery notes afterwards Unde (1064) - Helsinki, FINLAND - AUG 31, 2013
Light brown and orange, delicate small head on top. Ripe fruits and little bit tannin on the nose. Same ripe fruit flavors and some yeast. Bitter ending. Hints of oak flavor as well. Interesting but needs more bitterness in my opinion.
