Draught @ Ushi‐Tora, batch #02. Rated on 16.09.2011Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 5, 2010
Aroma has salty liquorice, hints of vegetables and some roastiness. Also hints of cocoa. Palate is a bit thin for an IS. Flavour has salty liquorice with some roastiness. Some hops and soy sauce also with hints of cocoa. Rather light for an IS. Also too salty and too low on roasted malt.
Draught at Ushi-Tora. Black - brown edges. Fruity. Licorice. Roasted. High malty. Ok hoppy. Light alcho-burn. Chocolate. Vineous. Very nice and powerfull.

Draught at a special Ushitora event in Wachi. Aroma of licorice and coffee. Fruity flavor with lots of dried fruit, Belgian yeast spiciness, coffee, chocolate. Heavy and rich. A nice Belgian style stout. Probably would score better if not in the summertime. TimE (5788) - Tokyo, JAPAN - AUG 15, 2010

On tap at Ushi-Tora. Black with a nice, beige head. Alcoholic, port-like aroma with hints of roast. Dark fruit and chocolate flavours, quite dry. Soft and full-bodied. Excellent.
