Bottle from Yamaichi. Deep sweet banana aroma, which gets more intense gradually. Clear dull amber/orange color, some lace. Mild wheaty sweetness in initial, light alc. warmth, touch of citrus in mid, and light bittering over the finish. Medium body. Pleasant, lightly warming, a bit one dimensional. 6% on tap at Bungalow, thanks guys! Foamy head, lightly opaque gold. Appetizing spicy clove nose. Smooth silky mouthfeel on a medium body, tasty spice weizen notes of mostly sweet cloves & wheat. A very well done wit that hides the alcohol well. jonno (2847) - JAPAN - FEB 11, 2013
Thought this was pretty ace. A well made wit turned up to 120. Big, beefy, though highly drinkable ala style. Everything you love about the style with some more Austrian muscle. KyotoLefty (10524) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JAN 28, 2013
Draught at Bashamichi. Nose of wheat, spice, citrus, a bit of dry funk. Cloudy dull pastel gold, lace. Nice wheaty flavor, good citrus, nice bitterness to balance. Well done wit.

frothy white head. A bit grainy, but good coriander and oranges. Extremely refreshing , one of the most refreshing beers I’ve had. Wonderful, without being too complex or heavy despite the ABV.
