COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dark lager has caramel sweetish taste; here you can find slight scent of burnt malt. Its taste is full and the foam dense. This brand is immediately intended for refreshing the humankind’s neater half.

Bottle. Poured dark brown with a tiny head. Aroma of malt, and nothing else. Some sweet and toasted malt noticable. Taste is also mostly malt, with some grain and no hops. Finish is smooth. Body is pretty full. Overall, a decent lager.

Pale brown in the glass with a slight head. A touch of sweet malt with a little carmel on the end. Not much else going on, but overall, a decent dark for lawn mowing.

Got this bottle a couple of weeks ago at Sam’s in Chicago. It’s an ok beer, I guess. Poured with a small to medium light tan head that quickly went to none with no lace. Aroma is dark and roasty malt. Flavor is molasses, toffee, malt; more sweet than bitter. Body’s a touch on the thin side. A little boring. Guess it’d do if you wanted a darker beer and not much else was around. Finish is like the flavor.

(tap in Praha) Mediumdark amber with thick golden foam. A sour, hoppy aroma. Bit too sweet taste with some roasted tones and ’no’ bitterness. Fitting mouthfeel but too sweet aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours clear dark brown, with a moderate off-white creamy head.Roasted malt and caramel aroma. Sweet caramel taste, some hops present but not enough to make this brew outstanding.

Bottle, as Dark Lager. A clear, brown beer with a lasting, fingerthick, creamy, beige head. Nice lacings. Dried fruits, some roasted malts and some butterscotch in the aroma. Some hops in the background. Dried fruits, roasted malts tending towards coffee, some sweetness and a pleasant bitterness in the mouth. Full-bodied, dry finish. Roasted finish with dried fruits and some bitterness. Overall it’s maybe a bit sweet initially, but the roasted flavor is nice, and the hops are nice and gentle. Sure a decent brew. (090422)

It is beautiful dark brown with a red hue and a creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and caramel. The flavour has sweetness and notes of roasted malt, syrup, caramel, light alcohol and a slightly dry, citrussy finish.

Deep dark brown beer with a thick tan head. Aroma has a light chewy sweetness. Lots of rich dark caramel. It’s fairly sweet and chewy with a touch of heavily caramelized/molasses sweetness. Fairly nice decocted character with a bit of soft chewy caramel. Easy to drink... it’s fairly simple but quite satisfying.

Big brown shiny lasting head. Deep dark barely translucent brown body with vigourous carbonation. Burnt milky caramel aroma with peppery caramel notes. Dry-sweet roasted almonds and mint taste with wood and caramel notes. Harmonic and balanced. Smooth, fizzy mouthfeel. Dry roasty peppery caramel aftertaste with buttery notes lingers. Excellent! (0.5l bottle, Pivovarsky Klub, Prague.)

Fills an imperial pint with a wonderful chestnut brown liquid adorned with a lush tan-brown head. Perfect dunkel aroma. Malty, dusted malt, nuttiness, hints of carame, and a whiff of smoke. Body is malty and nutty, though some dankness too. Probably not helped by the green bottling as some skunkiness is evident. Burnt caramel malt and burnt coffee roast flavors on the finish imbue it with an off-flavor. and decidedly detracts from the overall experience. Starts of promisingly and seems like it is close to being good, but ends badly off the mark.
