Poured from bottle into snifter. Pours an orange-gold color with a soda-like head that dissipates incredibly fast. Aroma - salt, white grapes, vanilla, honey, and some light herb notes. Taste - sweet, salt, white grapes, and somewhat tart. Highly carbonated on the palate.

Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014 London Sunday Tasting - Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell. From the Kernel RotBox - thanks fellas! Pours clear, yellow-gold with a white cream head. Lightly pukey on the nose with heavy bread character. Medium sweet flavor with notes of tart apples, hints of childrens Tylenol, and golden raisins. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Clean and dry on the finish with some tart citrus, lemon, green apple. Pretty novel stuff. And I always did love the taste of childrens Tylenol.

berlinoise2go (689) - NORWAY - OCT 11, 2014
Bottle (75cl) from Vinmonopolet, Oslo. A highly peculiar brew. Starts out with an extremely fizzy head, loudly hissing and vanishing completely in no time. Very nice amber colour, clear, looks like cider. Aroma of cheese, vinegar, apple cider, oxidized white wine, leather. Medium body, flat carbonation, mild vinegar burn, appears less in alcohol than ABV indicates. Taste is complex, tart with vinegar acidity on a sweet fruity base. Tongue-drying, cheesy-vinegary aftertaste.
