COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Top-fermented unpasteurized beer produced in an artisanal way in Piozzo (Italy) with pure Lurisia water, buckwheat from Valli Monregalesi, Italian barley malt, yeast, hops and spices. The Dieci has the same raw materials as Sei, but is fermented with scotch whisky yeast. The result is a beer with a completely different flavor profile, less winey and less spicy. Here are warm, soft, fruit syrup tones. Its a very dry beer, in which you feel the alcohol; in the mouth it is bold, fat, but also spicy, never cloying; the finish is long.

Picked up a Eataly NYC. Reminds me of a saison. The whisky yeast is quite nice, almost champagne like. There was a small amount sentiment possibly due to bottle conditioning. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

In bocca molto simile al naso, nasconde ottimamente la gradazione, e in bocca molto equilibrata e pulita.

Bottle poured at Eataly.. Pours brownish orange gold with fluffy head. Nose is spivey and yeasty. Tastes of orange citrus, yeast, pretty peppery, light earth, and some light smokiness. Slight alcohol aftertastes. flavorful

Aroma of caramelized banans. Taste is sweet and has a bananas foster element to it. Palate is full and heavy. Very sugary with hardly any head. Amber pour. Great dessert beer.

Sorry my friend

Bottle in Rome. Hazy gold beer, short lived off white head. Crisp palate with a dry carbonated sting. Tangy to almost sour tinned peaches and some tart orange. Mild malt cream underpins. Semi dry finish. Alright.

Buona!

Bottle at Eataly store, Bologna, Italia 26.02.11 Pours warm gold with good clarity. A bit of dusty hops at the back of the mouth, the alcohol screams through, some buzzy carbonation, fruity with a light spiciness. Despite some pleasant flavours I have to say that it didnt particularly impress me. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov12 3.1
