Profumatissima...i boccioli di rosa danno la sensazione di entrare un un roseto con il naso... veramente eccezionale, delicatissima e moderatamente luppolata, in perfetto stile baladin... una birra per gli amanti dell’equilibrio... buonissima!

Pours a cloudy pale yellow, short lasting white head. Aroma is remarkably white whine. Taste is a mix between white and rose wine, brett, pepper.

UPDATED: MAY 9, 2014 Teku pour on draft at Eataly Chicago. Very hazy and thick pale gold color. Wow, aroma has a surprising Brett element... I think. Yup, there it is, all funky and barnyard yet still a good deal of sweetness in the background. Just a little phenolic and solvent from the Brett. I figure in a bottle this will fade. Not really any rosebud, just all Brett. Flavor is cleaner than I would guess from the sweetness I picked up in the aroma. The sweet kicks in at the end a bit. Otherwise a funky, lightly herbal Brett all over. A drying awesome Brett finish. I really like this brew. Maybe at the very end of the finish is a touch of rosebud, maybe. I am wondering why I am having such a different reaction to this beer than the other rates. It looks like I have a different batch and this may be the first rate on draft.

Come aperitivo l’ho trovata buona, fresca leggera e abbastanza stuzzicante; con un leggero speziato al palato.

Poured from bottle at Eataly. Pours a pretty yellow with white pillowy head. Nose of perfume and spices. Tastes of pepper, citrus, rose petals, some grass, and ginger. Refreshing and pleasant nice afternoon beer.

Bottle from Fonefan, thanks! Blonde, cloudy. Citrus and coreander in the aroma and flavor. Refreshing with some dusty notes. Slightly herbal. Hints of smoky bacon.

750 ml bottle brought back from Italy from a friend. Bottle says 4% abv. Pours a slight hazy lemon golden with a decent lasting white head and some lace. Aroma is light rose petal slight grassy, good phenolic spicy Belgian yeast, toast, light cracker, sea foam, and light herbal hops. Flavor is a bit more older waxy rose petals, gets slight plastic phenolic but still good- light sea salt, good crackery malt, toast, light biscuit and a soft very dry finish makes this a great beer on a very hot day. I really liked this one. Wish it was available in the US.

Bottle 750ml.

Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, sweet flowers, rose, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100624]
