[Bottle (11.2oz) at Eataly, NYC, Sep. 24] Pours a hazy golden-orange with an average size semi-lasting frothy white head. Sweet aroma of honey, sugar, yeast, citrus, light hops and a touch of perfume. Flavour follows and is easy to drink. Medium bodied. A solid enough but slightly plain Belgian Ale.

330ml bottle served in a chalice glass. Pours a cloudy pale yellow color forming a medium white head. Medium retention and some thin molasses lacings left in the glass. Very sweet and spicy nose. Very flowery and skunky. Notes of sweet pale grains, herbs, pepper and hemp. Taste follows the nose. A quite sweet beer with notes of honey, sweet pale malts. Very spicy notes in the taste too. Medium body and carbonation. Sweet and spicy aftertaste. Great drinkability. Lovely ale. Italian character.

Sigmund (6895) - Tau, NORWAY - MAR 16, 2015
330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. BB date Nov.2014. ABV is 5.2%. Slightly hazy golden colour, low white head. The aroma has some fruit, hints of oxidised apple peel. The flavour is reasonably fresh, fruity and refreshing, not very sweet, easy drinking. The hops are way too moderate though.

From a 33cl skittle bottle (BBE 4/16) poured into a wine glass at Pizza DOC, Carlton, Melbourne. Hazy light amber appearance with a small transient white head and minimal lace. Nose offers strong oranges with apricots, bready malts, and light peppers. Taste is sweet orangey citrus which extends throughout the palate with light spiciness at the finish. Medium body with an oily texture and medium carbonation. A wheaty spiced Belgian ale.

Una birra incompresa, vedo dalle molte valutazioni... Birra molto sperimentale, con lieviti che le danno un carattere vinoso molto gradevole...lho gradita moltissimo...
