COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brune is inspired by Irish stouts but has its own original personality. It is intense and fragrant, with both toasted and fruity notes. Tapped with carbon-nitrogen. It is exclusively produced to be served on draft. Not available in bottles. EBC 71, 12°.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2017 Tap at Open Baladin Roma. Brown dark colour with medium head. Nutty and caramel aroma, chocolate, sweet caramel taste. Medium finish and sweet aftertaste. A mild version of an irish stout.

Quasi nera, impenetrabile, schiuma. Beige chiaro molto pannosa e compatta. Aroma di malto tostato. Al palato cremosa con carbonazione media per lo stile. Malto tostato, una punta di liquore al caff� e latte, appena secca sul finale ma in generale morbida. Discreta Irish stout.

Van ’t vat. Donkerbruin met romige beige schuimkraag. Geur: karamel, toffee, koffie. Smaak: geroosterde mout en wat koffie. Het mondgevoel is zeer mals, romig en glad met toch een lichte body net als een Guinness met koolstof-stikstof. Matige koolzuurprikkel. Verrassende ontdekking.

This one is nitrogenated, giving the sasparilla and cocoa-colored brew a silky cream appearance. Topped by a luscious, milk chocolate cream head. The aroma is of roast barley and balsamic with a prick of diacetyl. The body veers too much into diacetyl / butterscotch flavors. Some black patent notes stick to the back of the the throat.

medium taste, sourly and a bit dried - medium roasted malt, a bit of cold coffee, sour berries, some bitterness in the background. good!

Deep brown with mahogany highlights. Aroma of chocolate and caramel, sweet and tastey. Taste roasty, reminiscent of coffee liquor, burnt edge. Seems very full for 4.5%. Possibly being served on cask agrees with it. Tastey.

Keg at Baladin, Bologna. A hazed dark brown coloured pour with a lasting light tan head . Aroma is sweet nutty roast, tangy, woody vanilla, apple, cakey. Flavour is composed of sweet tangy cakey malts, dried apple, vanilla. Creamy. Palate is medium sweet, moderate to low carbonation, flabby. Ok.

Clear dark brown.
Weak aroma: cocoa and toasted malt.
Taste is roasted malt dry bitter, cocoa and liquorice hints with a slight acidity.
