A demi-sec ale brewed with whiskey yeasts, from the island of Islay, creating striking dryness and lively effervescence. The nose showcases almond and tropical fruits. The palate is malty, with flavors of plum, dried apricot, and spice. It’s finish is dry and warming from the high alcohol. Rare on tap!

On tap at Stone Brewing Berlin. Comes with a dark amber color and a thin, muddy white head. The nose is malty and sweet, some nuts and caramal, some raisins. Taste of raisins, belgian yeast and something undefined like toffee or caramel.

@ Wien Craft Bier Festival 2016 November. // Darker clear amber in color. Sweetish aroma, some raisins and ripe plums too. Raisins soup in taste. Smooth one. Sweet brown sugar notes. As an aperitif this one works. Bit of bitters in the end. <<>>>>>> Beer tasting sessions in Budapest, Hungary >>>>>>>>>>>>&g www.facebook.com/beeroda

20-JAN-2017, bottle @home, from Magasin. Very hazy amber with a very short lived tan head. Wonderfull aroma of fruity malt, alcohol, sweet dessert wine - like a sweet red wine, and wood. Surprisingly dry, very lively carbonation. Bitter, alcoholic, some sweetness. Very nice.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av torkad frukt, aprikos, russin, brunt socker, apelsinskal, karamell, kryddor med toner av honung och äpplen. Stor sötma, fruktig, rund och len, värmande alkohol, fin beska.

Erzengel (9504) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - SEP 8, 2016
*Bottle from Rudat. Very fruity beer with a nice and round sweetish grainy body. Caramel, dried fresh fruits and nice smooth and fruity yeast. Heavy intense thick but still easy to drink. Nice and viscous.
