Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious Belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out.

Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teo’s son).

Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

Beautiful bottle, its ancient shape holds a sweet golden amber that pours into a big head. Crisp and floral, touches of strawberry, nettle and mineral water. Matched with a rich osso bucco and creamy polenta tonight, perfectly cuts through a rich dish such as this.

33 cl bottle into a glass at Quality Italian (Denver). Hazy orange appearance with a creamy white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus zest, toasted grain and herbal spices. Similar flavor, adding a mild grainy sweetness and a light zesty/herbal bitterness. Light, crisp, refreshing and easy to drink.

Tap at Open Baladin Torino. Lot of coriandeer. Smooth, sweet. Nothing special, easy to drink.

Eewww! what was that? admittedly this was my last, and perhaps 10th beer of the night, but it was somehow tart yet light at the same time, with the texture of white wine but with a nasty pungent aftertaste. I really struggled to finish this.
I will admit that I really don’t like very citrusy beers like Hoegarden though, but even Hoegarden is a big step up from this.

Nice refreshing beer with the aspect of a white beer but it lacks some body and a finish after you drink it.

Bottle at Brew Beers and Ciders, Sukhumvit, Bangkok. Poured a hazy orange amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, citrus fruit. The flavour is acidic citrus with a light, crisp, wheat, fruit, light dry spice palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
