Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious Belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out.

Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teo’s son).

Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

This is going to be a favorite. The round, mild taste went right home to all! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Average frothy white head with average retention. Very hazy light yellow. Almost absent aroma when it is cold, it appears coriander seeds, subtle sweet wheat malty and orange zest when it gets warmer. Taste is clean, very well balanced spicy (coriander), sweet malty (wheat), and orange hints. Nice palate, fresh and a little crispy.

Jun ’16. A 0.75 l bottle. It poured hazy orange body with bigger, but short living head. Coriander, orange, generally fruity (apricot, peach and that stuff), sweet candy, lightly yeasty and chalky wheat aroma. Extremely nice and intense. Flavor was lightly sweet, pleasant, very fruity, too, but less intense than aroma would suggest. Peach, orange, citrus, light honey, sugar, cloves, coriander, lactic-chalk. Full body for the style with long, sweetish candy, chalky and fruity finish. Hard to believe the low ABV. Medium complexity, but very effective and tasty Belgian wit, the best I’ve ever had! And completely in style, so I really don’t get some low ratings here.

Bottle 0,75. Pours hazy yellow with medium white head. Aroma of bread, hay, grapefruit, wheat. Taste of wheat, citrus, grass, fruits. A bit sour at first and sweet in the aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation

SlackerMads (3360) - DENMARK - JUL 15, 2016
Hazy golden with a medium sized diminishing white head. Spicy and floral nose. Coriander, citrus, lavender, chamomile. Flavour is fairly one tracked with citrus, coriander and flowers. Some sweetness with little bitterness, fizzy carbonation. Citrusy finish with sweetness.

Ignasv81 (21) - Druskininkai, LITHUANIA - JUL 10, 2016
Medium head disappeared quickly. Aroma oranges, coliander, a litle bit chamomile. Taste slighty sweet, fruity, spicy. Not bad but not worth the price 3 eurs for 330ml bottle (maxima, Kaunas).

budedou (964) - Saint Etienne, FRANCE - JUL 9, 2016

Bière blanche assez trouble. Agréable et bien réalisé. Assez végétale, goût prononcé de céleri.
