COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious Belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out.

Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teo’s son).

Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

Bottle @ friend. Hazy, murky pale yellow with no head. Smells malts, wheat, sweet, yeasty. Tastes sweet, malty, yeasty, slightly fruity/lemonade. It's weird but kinda pleasant. Medium body, soft to medium carbo.

L: -pours a hazy golden with a small to medium, quickly dissipating, foamy, white head -high carbonation visible S: -grainy,orange,sweet,coriander,wheaty the nose + cereals F: -high, aggressive carbonation -light body O: o.k. overall.Quite different from the Belgian examples due to a more neutral Yeast. The aggressive Carbonation makes this really hard to drink though.

330ml brought back from Florence. Golden with a slight haze. Floral hop aroma, with some yeasty and bready notes. Mildly sweet flavour, and soft palate.

Nice Wit from Baladin with all the required elements (orange peel, coriander, wheat) wrapped up in a quite tight and refreshing beer. Light-medium body and lively mouthfeel. From a 330ml “skittle” bottle with BB 5/19 purchased Enoteca Sileno, Melbourne.

Bottle at home. Bit hazy light golden with short lastig fizzy white head. Sweet dough, orange peel, coriander, soft herbs and lemon. Just medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Under medium bodied with soft-drink like carbonation. OK.

jamaty (2268) - Madrid, SPAIN - NOV 13, 2017

skortila (6012) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - NOV 8, 2017
Bottled. 15cl sample. The aroma has strong coriander, some citrus and grains. Hazy, white coloured beer with a thin, initially rocky head. The taste is light bitter and carbonated with quite some carbonation. Not the best Belgian wit and for 3 euro I can get 4 macro wit beers who are much better.
