The aroma is sweet with notes of yeast and corriander. The color is an unclear light yellow and it has a fine but disappearing head. The flavor is sweet with dominating notes of wheat and corriander - just like a witbier should taste. It ends on a dry wheaty note. The body is quite thin. Admited I'm not a witbier lover - but also far from not liking it - so I wonder why my marks are so far of from the previous raters. joergen (28106) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 25, 2005

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is a bunch of coriander, some wheat, mild acidic wooden notes as well as some mild spicyness. Flavour is caramel, wheat, coriander and quite much dishwatery (not in a bad way though). Pleasant witbier for being from outside Belgium. omhper (25108) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JAN 4, 2002
Pale golden, hazy. Very drinkable, flavour of orange peels. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 18, 2005
UPDATED: JUN 26, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Starts off very beautiful and golden - and clear. But as all Baladins this gets hazy almost muddy at the end from a rich sediment. Very fresh, spicy nose, which leads you in the direction of Belgian Wheat. Again an experiment in different spices: coriander, camomile and mallow - the last one is new to me. An extremely refreshing beer. 310105 madmitch76 (24791) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 20, 2010
