Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious Belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out.

Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teos son).

Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

Eewww! what was that? admittedly this was my last, and perhaps 10th beer of the night, but it was somehow tart yet light at the same time, with the texture of white wine but with a nasty pungent aftertaste. I really struggled to finish this. I will admit that I really dont like very citrusy beers like Hoegarden though, but even Hoegarden is a big step up from this.

Nice refreshing beer with the aspect of a white beer but it lacks some body and a finish after you drink it.

A bottle from City Super at Zhongxiao Fuxing, drunk at home. Aroma: floral and citrus, it smells nice. Appearance: orange amber, cloudy, minimal head. Palate: medium-bodied, thick, creamy texture, soft carbonation, fruity finish. Taste: lightly sweet, in an agreeable way. This is good and I could imagine drinking more of it.

Citrus, grass, spices, cloudy yellow with a good white head, light body, medium carbonation, grass and citrus, floral...extremely drinkable and refreshing; for me a very nice surprise.
