COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The first 100% Italian beer made with Italian ingredients. An intentionally simple beer: Italian water, barley malt, hops, yeasts and two Italian spices (bergamot and coriander) which combine to create harmony and originality. A beer which suggests more or less daring combinations, but more importantly marks a turning point in the Italian production of craft beer. Nazionale, is excellent as an aperitif and goes well with any dish. 13.6 EBC 10

botte, 075. Brra italiana...recensione in italiano!

(Bottle) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity nose with apricots, citrus, mandarin, bread, honey, flowers and a touch of clove. Fruity taste with notes of apricots, orange, mandarin, bread, honey and a slightly spicy finish with a gentle floral bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, tasty and very well balanced. Nice one.

I bought this beer at Crevoladossola, Ipercoop. I drank it with Massimo at home. In my opinion, it is a decent Belgian ale, with all the qualities that you can expect. The color is yellow/gold and troubled, regular carbonation, sparkling, thin and white foam. The taste is well balanced, malt, sugar, coriander, some hop but discreet, few notes of sourness, coriander notes, refreshing.

Shared at the London tasting, October 2016. Gold color, a nice white head but undercarbonated for a Belgian ale. Lightly sweet, some yeast. A little spice but not a log going on here. ok.

Draft 0.15l at Open Baladin Roma, Italy. 15.12.2016. Pour it hazy orange color with medium white head. Aroma Belgian yeast with some annoying spice at the end. Taste of clove, banana, alcohol, Belgian yeast, spices, not so compact, herbal finish, grains in the middle, not so compact, not so big fan of this one unfortunately, medium sweetness, light body, sticky, lively, astringent finish.
