(Bottle) Reddish brown colour with dense, beige head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with caramel, chocolate, coffee, fudge, black rye bread, mocha and a light vegetal touch (green peppers or chilli). Malty, slightly vinous taste with notes of caramel, coffee, black rye bread, treacle-toffee, dark chocolate, dried fruit (figs, raisins) and a sweetish, slightly fiery, finish with a gentle cacao bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced, despite the strength, with a gentle coffee touch. Nice one. hrabren (1951) - Zagreb, CROATIA - AUG 11, 2017
0.75 l bottle from Vrutak, shared with Višnja 666, StoutBraut and Di Giusto! Višnja helped me rate this one: Murky brownish, medium head. Dried fruits, almond, marzipan aromas. Light sweet. Alcohol present. Strong. Medium to full body, moderate carbonation. Strong sweet alcoholic finish. carlom (116) - ITALY - JUN 15, 2017
Bottled 750ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Reddish/brown coloured, medium sized pale beige head, dried fruits and whiff of coffee in the nose. Roasted malt, dried fruits, light coffee, some alcohol and touch of chocolate with subdued coffee notes in the finish. Pleasant but not thrilling.

Thanks Vran! Murky redbrown nody with a beige head. Full dark fruit and dried fruit aroma. Sweet full creamy malty taste, raisins, not that much coffee, slightly warming. Fine, lovely malt driven ale. sir__v (2630) - FRANCE - FEB 5, 2017
Bottle from Boxbeers.com - Color: clear dark brown beer with no carbonation and medium brown head. Smell: sweet malt and caramel notes, coffee hint. Taste: full body with sweet caramel malt backbone well balanced with fruity and coffee notes. Good attenuation and well balanced. Really drinkable. Aftertaste: caramel and coffee, sweet malt. Small alcohol, not so boozy. Furseth (2165) - Kungälv, SWEDEN - JAN 13, 2017
Bottle: Dark red hazy colour, whith thin head. Aroma is dominated of belgian yeasty, vanilla, caramelly, dry fruits, iron and sweet maltynes. Flavor had a sitric sparkling mouth feeling of dry fruits, caramelly, flowery, choclate. Medium body, medium fruity sweet malty, bitter finish.
A bit to thin body for a beer who has 9% alcy! L_Lovecraft (744) - - JAN 3, 2017
Dark fruits, hints of coffee, dark brown with a thin tan head quite persistant, medium body, medium carbonation, taste again of dates, raisin, pleasant notes of coffee in the final, watery...a good beer but not very warming.
