From a bottle. Drank at about the recommended 10C. Pours murky, amber colored with a thick head that quickly collapses. Aroma is lightly fruity wih hints of plum, noticeable spice, honey. Smells a bit like a Weizen sweetened with honey. Taste is again Weizen-like with honey undertones, a bit of spice and yeast. Finishes the same with a very light ginger warmth. Body is medium with a low carbonation. Not bad really, but is missing something to take this one to the next level. At least I can say Ive tried myrrh.

Bottle from Kisjes Slijterijen, Meppel. Aroma is malt, spices and herbs, sweet toffee, honey, not too much ginger fortunately, some ripe fruits, Flavour is honey-like and rather sweet with low bitterness. Body is medium. Interesting Traditional Ale with an old world flavoured character. Bit too heavy on the honey-like sweetness for my taste though.

Botella de 33cl. Aromas a levadura, hierbas y especias. Cuerpo ligero/medio, dulce y amarga a la vez, pero no demasiado. Final seco y poco persistente. Como poco, una cerveza curiosa.

On tap at Stone Brewing Berlin. Comes with light copper color and a thin, light white head. First impression on the nose: peppermint-toothpaste...Changes to some fresh and spicy ginger und some citrus. Taste of red fruits, grains, a littlesweetness like honey and a litlle spicy. Good work!
