Cloudy, amber color. Medium-sized, white head . Aroma of malt , honey , fruits and spices. Sweet but far from cloying taste with lit of spices and some yeasts. Very interesting brew. Italians are definitely better in doing something unique than copying others. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at Open Baladin Torino. Pours lightly hazy orange with a large, creamy off-white head, long retention with good lacing. Full body and medium carbonation.

Bottled at Vice Versa, NYC. Pours clear golden honey, creamy white head. Aroma is honey, nutmeg, ginger, coriander, lemon, some citrus, wheat. Flavor is sweet, honey, ginger, cinnamon, some minimal citrus. I don’t even know how to classify this one. A unique brew. Not bad.

De un precioso color ámbar anaranjado y llena de partículas en suspensión (sin pasteurizar y refermentada en botella), desprende un aroma muy agradable a cítricos, albaricoques, jengibre, incluso caramelo. Quizás la espuma disipa demasiado rápido y eso hace que los ésteres volaticen algo pronto. Es muy carbónica y bebible a pesar de su alta carga alcohólica. Tiene un equilibrio perfecto entre matices ácidos y agrios de la levadura, la cáscara de naranja o el jengibre y tonos mucho más amables propios de los cereales o el sirope de dátil. El resultado es una birra deliciosa y refrescante.
