No clue from the label but it tasted very close to a spicy wheat ale. turns out kamut is a type of wheat with nutty overtones. the ginger comes through strong. but hop bitterness and sweetness balances a very very enjoyable brew. - cheese,

ASPETTO: biondo oro antico, schiuma bianca, fine, abbondante, un po’ persistente. AROMA: decisamente speziato, mieloso, un po’ fruttato. GUSTO: in bocca presenta decisi sentori speziati, abbastanza rinfrescanti, nonché mielosi e un pizzico fruttati. Birra ben fatta, interessante e dissetante.

*Bottle from Rudat. Very spicy and interesting brew. The ginger is there, some other herbal aroma as well. Hints of sourness, moderate grainy and very refreshing. Floral, grainy, hints of bitterness, the ginger is fruity and slightly sharp, the beer is herbal with a nice grainy body. Interesting!
