Appearance: Hazy amber color with a white head.
Aroma: Fresh hoppy and fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Moderate sweet and a rich bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Fresh citric hoppy, malty, light spicy and mild tropical fruity.
Overall impression: Fresh and tasty APA.
Personal stats: Sample at Beer13 in Oslo, Norway
Pours dark amber with a fading head.
Nose shows nutty malt, toasty hints, sweet malt, soft apple and pear. Not much else in the way of hops. Nice.
Malty flavours too, loads of bready malt. Some piny hops and booze followed by a mild bitterness.
Carbonation is too high. jinroh (1524) - ESTONIA - JAN 22, 2015
750 ml bottle from a friend. Pours deep and nice slightly hazy amber, thick and creamy head, stays well. Aroma is really nice, full of ripened fruits, some tropical hops, sweetness but not too much of it. Strawberries. Taste has some fruits as well, hop bite is there but not too strong as the beer I have is maybe not the freshest. It might mean that there is more focus on body and malt character, doesn’t feel too much like an IPA - but that doesn’t bother me the slightest, it is still great beer, fully enjoyable. I guess the best I’ve had from Baladin till now.

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy dark amber colour with a creamy, light beige, medium, head. Has a fruity aroma with aprocot, fruity hops and some pine and caramel. The flavour is still fruity and sweet with apricot and nice balanced hops in the end. Has a slick and smooth mouth feel, and a light to medium bitterness. A balanced and fruity APA. Nice one! fonefan (48579) - VestJylland, DENMARK - AUG 25, 2013
