COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The masterpiece of the brewery. The beer that mostly encountered the favour among the customers at Le Baladin. Although one wouldnt believe that, its the most alcoholic among all the productions. It originated from an old recipe created toward the end of the 800 following the style of the belgian abbey beers. Intense aroma of warm flowers, apricot and banana and hints of bitter almond. Agreeable, refreshing and quenching taste of apricot in syrup, almond cake and citrus fruits. Excellent the use of belgian selected hop during the fermentation process. This beer matches perfectly with ripen cheeses, biscuits and almond sweets.

Bottle at lumskebugten. Malty. Aroma of caramel, syrup, toffee, nuts and overiped fruits, dried fruits. Orange/apricot notes. The flavour is heavy sweet. The body is medium and the texture is oily. Lively carbonation.

On tap at Open Baladin Torino. Dark amber to light red color, almost clear, frothy offwhite head, persistent. Aroma is sugar, yeast, starch, fruit (plum, apricot, pear). Light hops. Taste sweetish, dugary. Medium body, sustained carbonation, slightly alcoholic, sticky finish. Reminded me of kwak somehow, but not sharp enough.

Light amber, hazy beer with a small head. Fruity aroma (apricot) with hints of caramel. Taste is malty, earthy with a sweet finish. Mouthfeel is quite okay (8% abv helps of course). Intensive taste but not fully my thing.

UPDATED: JUL 22, 2016 [email protected] Pours almost clear amber with small head. Aroma is sweet malty, slightly fruity with ripe fruits and has some honey and caramel. Taste is sweet and malty with biscuit, caramel, overripe fruits and some honey. Hops is almost absent but finish is sweet, alcoholic but semi-dry. For the type the alcohol should have been better hidden.

Copenhagen 6/5 2016. 75 cl bottle from Mad & Vin. Nice bottle design with a real cork that you have to use a Corkscrew to get rid of. "Super" written in capital letters on the label to get your expectations up. Pours hazy and murky orange amber with small white head. Disappears almost immediately leaving small island of foam floating around. Aroma is quite sweet. Sugary honey, sweet banana and Belgian yeast. Soft carbonation and medium thick palate. Taste is sweet and quite one-dimensional. It does not have much resemblance to an Belgian beer and "Super" is taking it a bit too far in my opinion.

On tap at Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours a clear orangy amber with a medium sized, creay, short lasting, white head. Aroma has heavy honey-sweet malts, light caramel, banana, pear, overripe mango, some spice as well.. Taste is sweet, more toasty, light spice, light floral, but not very complex taste. Velvety body and an average carbonation.
