COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The masterpiece of the brewery. The beer that mostly encountered the favour among the customers at Le Baladin. Although one wouldn’t believe that, it’s the most alcoholic among all the productions. It originated from an old recipe created toward the end of the ’800 following the style of the belgian abbey beers. Intense aroma of warm flowers, apricot and banana and hints of bitter almond. Agreeable, refreshing and quenching taste of apricot in syrup, almond cake and citrus fruits. Excellent the use of belgian selected hop during the fermentation process. This beer matches perfectly with ripen cheeses, biscuits and almond sweets.

100ml sample from tap at Open Baladin, perfectly served in a snifter glass. Amber coloured body with a deep reddish shade, almost clear. Tiny head, spotty lace. Aromatic with focus on fresh and dried fruits. Spiced, sweet fruity taste added by honey sweetness. Bittersweet ending with a careful vapour of alcohol. Medium bodied. Very nice (Roma, 31.03.2012).

Draft. Hazy orange with an off white head. citrus, malt and yeast aroma. Taste the same with some caramel notes. Quite mild for a Belgian strong ale. Without the usual belgian spicy yeast. Meh.

Rich amber/orange color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of yeast, caramel, dark fruit, & brown sugar; Flavor of sweet malt, yeast, dark fruit (notably plums), caramel, and spice; Nicely balanced; Not overly complex - but a solid brew.

@ Wien Craft Bier Festival 2016 November. // Bottle pour cloudy brown orange with rapidly dissipating minimal white head. Nose raisin, prune, slightly dank. Taste some sweeter malt similar to nose, but also little late palate bitterness. <<>>>>>> Beer tasting sessions in Budapest, Hungary >>>>>>>>>>>>&g www.facebook.com/beeroda

Hazy orange, small tan head. Yeasty and tropical fruit aroma. Medium body. Not much alcohol. Some carbonation and creamy mouthfeel. Flavor is mildly sweet. Yeast, esters, mild hop finish. Not my favorite style but decently made it seems.
