GBBF Day 1. Bottle share organised by LKS, Cheers! Hazy amber beer, no head. Light palate, no carbonation. Light raisans with lovely mellow rum, sherry and dried fruits. Little toffee - caramel. Modest spice. Light semi dry and soft finish. Delicious! This beer is not intended to be carbonated, so taking that in to account on palate and appearance.

Bottle shared with the gang at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 1 - London. Vintage 2010. Pours clear amber with really no head. Gorgeous aroma, lots of brown sugar, dates and figs. Hugely sweet and syrupy with liquefied fruits, maple, mild woody alcohol, old berries, currants, ripe cherries. Full bodied, soft, oily and chewy. Warming finish with gooey, ripe dark fruits, more berries, caramel. Excellent stuff. Tons and tons of complexity. I love this stuff. Rasmus40 (20644) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 20, 2013
