Thanks to egajdzis for bringing home this 8 oz can from his trip to Aruba. Pours a translucent yellow with no head. Aroma was grainy malts, corn, grassy, lemon and floral. Flavor was sweet and corny, grains and pretzels. egajdzis (6588) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 21, 2008
UPDATED: SEP 24, 2008 Poured a dark golden color with a small, white head that left no lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted notes, some citrus, and a light grassy hoppiness. Taste was toasted, bready malts, tart citrus, low bitterness, with a sweet, corn finish. Really not horrible, without that corny taste, this would be pretty OK. Pale lemon yellow with small white head. Corn sweet, stale herbs, stale cornbread aromas. Sweet, lightly carbonated, slightly sticky. Sweet, simple, corny, grassy, and innocuous. frankenkitty (2012) - Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA - SEP 17, 2008
Despite storing this green-bottled delight away from any relevant light sources, a skunk-spray of nastiness emerged with the hiss of the bottle-crack. So... I let it sit for a while. A pale golden body exhibited mild effervescence while a bright white head fell with moderate quickness. At this point, I will just call that skunked aroma ~continental hoppiness,~ with a touch of bready yeasts beneath. Metallics and low fruit cancel each other out, but a cardboard essence truly detracts. Fluffy mouthfeel finishes dry, so I cannot say anything bad about the palate. Mild flavor with yellow apple and mild bitters. If I hold my nose this is an enjoyable lager. (Since my traditional html references no longer work, I will simply mention that this bottle came from a colleague of mine who vacationed in Aruba last year.) And I am truly disappointed that I cannot use common punctuation and quotations without having them dismembered into ampersands and gibberish. bsm80 (144) - Massapequa Park, New York, USA - SEP 6, 2008
Thin light pour, lasting white head, very carbonated, a bit bitter, maybe a slight hint of apple, finish was almost metallic, nothing special.

12 oz. can; gift from a friend; What can I say about this beer? There’s almost nothing to it. Crystal clear, pale yellow color, with a thin white head. Slight aroma of lemon and honey. Tastes about what you would expect. I’ve never had a beer with such a short finish. Actually it did make me burp. Maybe it does taste better on the beach in Aruba. lgklotet (432) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 8, 2008
Bottled, thanks Omhper. Clear golen. Aroma is as can be expected except it has an odd sweetness to it.. like honey-drops (the candy). This beer makes me wish I was in Aruba instead. Radek Kliber (7359) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JUN 14, 2008

Appearance: Very slight haze note with solid gold color , light top.
Nose Sweet pale malt , light mineral hop character , hint of corn.
Flavor/Palate : Quiet decent front , good malts with lighter if not watery finish. Quiet clean, refreshing lager from Aruba.
Courtesy of fishingnet. Thanks for landing me a sweet new country rating. Pours clear watery gold and thin bright white head. The aroma has a mild skunkiness to start followed by cereal, hay and sugary sweet malts. The taste is light and refreshing. I can picture consuming this on a hot day on the beach. The taste is sugar sweet malts backed up by a shiv of lemon zest, cereal, grainy malts and some faint vague hops at the end. Dorwart (2590) - Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA - APR 19, 2008
Poured from a cute 8 oz can. Fluffy white head of fine bubbles. Light cereal and rice aroma with a bit of spicy hops. Color is a light gold. Slightly fizzy in the mouth. Clean and very refreshing with some more cereal grains, rice and a decent bitterness from the hops. Light flavor with nothing really to take offense to with this one. A decent light lager that is typical for the style except for maybe a little extra hops presence.
