Can: Thanks Lauren. I am glad you enjoyed your honeymoon. Pours pale golden with perfect clarity, some effervescence, and almost no head retention. The aroma has some mildly sweet pale malt notes, with a touch of brewing cereal- although it is not adjunct ridden. Body is a bit fizzy on the palate, but not as thin as some pale lagers of the Carribean. The flavor displays some cheap pale malt upfront- watery grains, with a straw presence. There is just a slight hint of grassiness from cheap hops. A generic pale lager of the Carribean. Acknud (1082) - Morganfield, Kentucky, USA - OCT 5, 2008
An ok drinker. This was brought back by a friend from her honeymoon for me! Typical pale lager. Maybe a little light. I had this from a can. DougShoemaker (3146) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 1, 2008
Nose is corn with a hint of malt, yellow, tiny white head. Taste is corn, light bodied, thin, Thanks for the new country Radek Kliber! hopdog (13191) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 26, 2008
Cute little 8oz can shared courtesy of egajdzis. Poured a lighter and clear yellow color with a small sized white head. Aroms of straw, grains, and grassy. Tastes of the same with corn. Body and tastes on the watery side. TomDecapolis (4636) - Milton, Delaware, USA - SEP 25, 2008
Thanks to egajdzis for bringing home this 8 oz can from his trip to Aruba. Pours a translucent yellow with no head. Aroma was grainy malts, corn, grassy, lemon and floral. Flavor was sweet and corny, grains and pretzels.

UPDATED: SEP 24, 2008 Poured a dark golden color with a small, white head that left no lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted notes, some citrus, and a light grassy hoppiness. Taste was toasted, bready malts, tart citrus, low bitterness, with a sweet, corn finish. Really not horrible, without that corny taste, this would be pretty OK. Pale lemon yellow with small white head. Corn sweet, stale herbs, stale cornbread aromas. Sweet, lightly carbonated, slightly sticky. Sweet, simple, corny, grassy, and innocuous. frankenkitty (2014) - Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA - SEP 17, 2008
Despite storing this green-bottled delight away from any relevant light sources, a skunk-spray of nastiness emerged with the hiss of the bottle-crack. So... I let it sit for a while. A pale golden body exhibited mild effervescence while a bright white head fell with moderate quickness. At this point, I will just call that skunked aroma ~continental hoppiness,~ with a touch of bready yeasts beneath. Metallics and low fruit cancel each other out, but a cardboard essence truly detracts. Fluffy mouthfeel finishes dry, so I cannot say anything bad about the palate. Mild flavor with yellow apple and mild bitters. If I hold my nose this is an enjoyable lager. (Since my traditional html references no longer work, I will simply mention that this bottle came from a colleague of mine who vacationed in Aruba last year.) And I am truly disappointed that I cannot use common punctuation and quotations without having them dismembered into ampersands and gibberish. bsm80 (144) - Massapequa Park, New York, USA - SEP 6, 2008
Thin light pour, lasting white head, very carbonated, a bit bitter, maybe a slight hint of apple, finish was almost metallic, nothing special. BeerBlitz (72) - Roslyn, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 8, 2008
12 oz. can; gift from a friend; What can I say about this beer? There’s almost nothing to it. Crystal clear, pale yellow color, with a thin white head. Slight aroma of lemon and honey. Tastes about what you would expect. I’ve never had a beer with such a short finish. Actually it did make me burp. Maybe it does taste better on the beach in Aruba.
