COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship IPA is a well-balanced yet aggressive West Coast IPA that showcases Yakima Valley hops at their finest. Late additions of Simcoe®, Citra®, Ahtanum™, and Mosaic® give this beer its complex citrus, fruity, and floral aroma and flavor. Named for a unique piece of farm equipment that removes hop vines from the trellis during the annual hop harvest, Topcutter IPA delivers loads of hoppiness all year long. - See more at: http://www.balebreaker.com/beer/detail.html?varietyid=1#sthash.4gWdeMkF.dpuf

From a can into a New Belgium Bunny glass. Pours gold with head and lace. Aroma of fresh grass, grains, straw hops. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of grains, grapefruit meat, pale malts, slight toothpaste, bitter herbs. Overall big, rich in hops and malt flavor with a very drinkable body that goes down well!

A 12 fl oz can with a packaged on date of June 2017. Poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass. It was a clear dark-ish golden orange colour with a one finger white head that had decent retention and left nice lacing. Aromas were citrusy grapefruit and orange followed by hints of caramel, grass and pine. Tastes grassy, grapefruit and orange with hints of honey, caramel and floral. Crisp, light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall it was very nice and easy to drink. I feel this could be my everyday IPA if I could find it easily.
