COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship IPA is a well-balanced yet aggressive West Coast IPA that showcases Yakima Valley hops at their finest. Late additions of Simcoe, Citra, Ahtanum, and Mosaic give this beer its complex citrus, fruity, and floral aroma and flavor. Named for a unique piece of farm equipment that removes hop vines from the trellis during the annual hop harvest, Topcutter IPA delivers loads of hoppiness all year long. - See more at: http://www.balebreaker.com/beer/detail.html?varietyid=1#sthash.4gWdeMkF.dpuf

12oz can picked up at Brewforia Meridan for $2... Pours with a nice 2 finger white head that supplies great sheets of lacing.. the beer is slightly hazed orange. Nose leans toward the tropical fruity hops with some tangerine and grapefruit.... a fair amount of residual maltiness seems out of lace and carries too much caramel malt. The caramel malts now carry something that I automatically associate with diacetyle... a bit butter/slick for sure... good bitterness and flavor hops help this brew out, but I cannot get past the malty messiness. Body is light with a light/medium carbonation... still pretty drinkable despite my above negatives.... just needs some work.

Can poured a hazy gold with a lasting creamy off white head. Aromas of bread, grapefruit lemon zest and light pine. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, grapefruit and light lemon zest with a crisp dry bitter lingering grapefruit finish.

Draft @ RL, GEG. Aroma is citrus, a little grassy. Golden amber color, clear, with white head that fades, pretty good lacing. Flavor is citrus, grass, little pine, smooth. Med body. Good blend of west coast & modern IPA.

12 oz. can from poisoneddwarf - thanks again! Pours a clear gold with two fingers of frothy white head that takes a long time to settle, leaving sloppy lace all the way, and never really settling completely. Uneven frothy, rocky head atop the liquid. Notes of grass, straw, pale and bready malts, light and bright florals, tea, soap, and citrus zest. Light-bodied, with a smooth, clean, lightly bitter mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Really easy drinker but doesnt pop to the same degree as other fresh NW IPAs.

This IPA has been in my fridge a lot lately, so I guess its kind of like my go-to / daily drinker. Its a bold IPA, but its easy to quaff. Grassy, green, zingy, and leafy, it offers lots of fresh hop flavors and a snappy -- but not harsh -- bitterness.

Bedroom Beer!
Pours very pale, lightly hazy, & has a small but well retained head that leaves a good lacing on the glass.

The aroma is big & fruit forward with a light bit of sweetness & pine. Bright & appetizing.

The flavor is bright, fairly bitter & mildly sweet with lots of fruit forward hoppiness.
Pretty dange good

Golden with full throated no holds barred hop profile. Aroma, bitterness and flavour were assertively present. Love it!

Super balanced, juicy flavor - grapefruit (citrus), pine, a little grass and floral. Nice smotth taste, with malts in background. Dry finish. Excellent beer.

Thanks to VanJammer for this. Pours clear golden with a small white top. Aroma is orange and citrus hops. Nice a flavourful. Taste is moderate to low bitterness but high on the juicy orange and citrus hop flavours. Nice biscuit malts that balance it well.
