Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Clear, golden colour with a bubbly, white head. Fruity aroma with apples, wood, rather alcohol dense, sulphur. Quite a lot of sulphur, actually. Taste is light sweet. Finishes drying with fruits and a sulphur note. Odd.

Small bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is yeast, alcohol, oak, thinner, hints of dry apples. Taste is both sweet and dry at the same time, boozy, yeast, sweet apples, oak, thinner. Horrible, this is probably something anyone could make at home, without even having a clue how to do it.
Bottle. Pours a light golden body with a moderate amount of bubbles. Nose is astringent-like sawdust tones, apple juice, alcohol and hints of paint thinner and dry leaves. Taste is apple juice, alcohol and paint thinner again, with hints of wood and dry leaves. Medium body and carbonation. The wild yeast (which I suspect is the perp here) is a bit harsh on the paint thinner factor, but otherwise it is a pretty half-decent cider for its high strength (which I generally find a drawback in most cases).
